On our pages, users have the chance to communicate with the company and with other users. This is done in compliance with our social media netiquette policy. It is particularly important for us to provide a constructive climate, which prioritizes interaction among all interested parties.

We are open to new and differing opinions and appreciate useful contributions. We consider it a matter of course that interaction among participants remains objective, friendly and above all respectful. We do not want to read any statements or discussions here that infringe on the law or that are grossly offensive.

This includes defamatory statements intended to harm other users, us or other companies, or other third parties. The same applies to posts on topics that are not associated with our services and content.

The editorial staff reserves the right to remove without warning any comments that are completely unrelated to the subject of discussion in terms of content or those that are vulgar, abusive, hateful or offensive. If we find posts on social media pages that do not comply with our netiquette policy, particularly those that harass or insult the duisport Group or its members, these will also be removed.
